- For Marination..
- 2 tbsp garlic paste,
- 1 tbsp ginger paste,
- to taste, Salt

- 1 tsp black pepper powder,
- 1 egg,
- 3 tbsp corn flour,
- 2 tbsp maida
- as required Oil for frying,
- For Gravy..
- 6 garlic cloves grated,
- 1 inch ginger grated,
- 6 green chilli slit,
- 1 large green capsicum, diced,
- 2 med sized onion, diced, petals separated,
- 4 onion greens chopped finely,
- 2 tbsp soya sauce,
- 1 tsp vinegar,
- 1 tbsp green chilli sauce,
- 1 tbsp red chilli sauce,
- 1 tbsp hot & sweet tomato sauce,
- 2 cup water,
- 2 tsp corn flour,
- 2 tbsp oil,
- 1 tsp brown sugar (you can use normal sugar also),
- as per taste Salt
Steps to make to make Chilli Chicken
- Take a mixing bowl, add chicken pcs & all the given ingredients of marination. Mix it well, keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it. Moderate the flame, fry chicken pcs until golden brown. Do not stir immediately.
- Take out in a bowl, keep aside.
- For Gravy.... a). Take a big wok, add oil, heat it.
- B). Add ginger garlic grated, saute it until rawness is released.
- C). Now add green chili, onion & capsicum, stir fry it for a minute, do not overcook it. Let the crunch be there.
- D). Take a bowl, add soya sauce, all other sauces & vinegar, mix it well. Add in the masala. Mix it well.
- E) Now mix corn flour with water, add in the masala, stir it nicely.
- F) Add sugar and black pepper powder, mix it well,
- G). Add chicken pcs now, mix it well. Cook it for a minute, add few onion greens. Stir it gently.
- Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with some dry roasted sesame seeds.
- Serve it with any Fried rice or noodles..
- All cooking has been done on high flame..
