  1. 200 gms Boneless Chicken
  2. 1 tsp Ginger paste
  3. 1 tsp Garlic paste
  4. 2 tbsp Lemon
  5. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  7. 1 tsp Cumin powder
  8. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  9. 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  10. 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  11. 1/2 tsp Food colour
  12. 1 cup Curd
  13. 1 pcs Egg
  14. 2 tbsp Flour
  15. 1/2 cup Corn starch
  16. as per taste Salt

Instructions to make to make Chargha Kabab

  1. Firstly, in a bowl take boneless chicken,in it add salt, ginger- garlic paste and lemon juice.Mix them all together.
  2. After that in it add red chilli powder,coriander, cumin, black pepper powder, chaat masala, garam masala, food colour, curd, egg, flour amd corn starch. Mix them all together and keep it for marination for about 20 mins to 1 hour. Its upto your time.
  3. Now insert them all in skewers stick and deep fried them for about 12 mins total 6 mins each side.Chargha kabab is ready to ready serve hot Garnish it with some coriander leaves, chaat masala and squeeze some lemon.
