- 1 tbs green chilli paste
- 3 tbs soya sauce
- 2 tbs red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbs corn flour
- 2 glass water

- For scrambled eggs: beat the eggs in a bowl, add Black pepper and salt in it and mix it well
- In 1 cup of heated oil, add the eggs and scramble them well with the help of cooking spoon. Take them out once they turned light yellow in color
- For Rice: In remaining oil add Julienne cut carrots and capsicum. Fry them well till they are crispy

- On one side mix cornflour in one tbs of water as it will help to make the gravy thick
- Now add 2 glass of water in chilli and the cornflour (mixed in water). Cook it in high flame for a minute. Gravy will start getting thick. Now keep the flame low until you get your desired thickness
