- Prepare the vegetables as listed. Heat the oil in a pot or kadai and add the whole garam masala first...let it crackle and then add the onion and meat and saute till it browns a bit. Then add the potato and saute & Cook for sometimes. Add salt and turmeric too with little water. Bhunno for sometime...then add 3 cups of water and let it boil & cook covered with a lid.
- After 30-40 minutes, add the carrot,beans and coriander and cook futher, add more hot water, I added 6 more cups of hot water in the 1 hour of boiling & cooking.
