  1. 1 kg or (2 large chicken breast) clean, washed & cut
  2. 1 & 1/4 tsp salt or to taste
  3. 1 &1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder

  6. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  7. 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  8. 2 tbsp corn flour
  9. 1 beaten egg
  10. 3 tbsp yoghurt
  11. 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

  13. For the gravy
  14. 2-3 tbsp oil
  15. 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
  16. 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic
  17. 1 large green bell pepper chopped (deseeded)
  18. 1 tsp white cumin seeds
  19. 10-12 curry leaves
  20. 7-8 red dried chillies
  21. 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  22. 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder or to taste
  23. 1/2 tsp red food color
  24. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  25. 4 tbsp chili garlic sauce

  1. Firstly marinate the chicken in a large mixing bowl, add boneless chicken pieces, salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder & black pepper. Into it add one egg, also add all-purpose flour, yoghurt & cornflour into it. Mix all the ingredients. Rest the marinated chicken in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a wok for deep frying. Into it, add the chicken pieces and deep fry them in a small batches until they turn golden brown on all sides for about 7-8 minutes on medium flame. Take the chicken pieces out and transfer the pieces into a tray and set aside.
  3. #For_the_gravy: Take a wok add oil and heat up low to medium flame. Add ginger and garlic into it. Add bell pepper into it and saute well 2-3 minutes. Add curry leaves, red dried chillies, white cumin seeds and saute. Add salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, chili garlic sauce & red food color.
  4. Mix all the ingredients and stir well. Add the deep fried chicken pieces into the gravy and cook for 7-8 minutes stir continuously. Take the chicken 65 out on a serving plate. Squeeze fresh lemon juice top of the chicken. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot♨️♨️.
  5. #Tip: I will use bell peppers in my chicken if you need more a spicier your chicken you can use 6 to 7 Green chillies If you don't have fresh lemon juice you can use about 1/2 tsp mango powder add in to your chicken 65 gravy.
