  3. 1/2 cup roughly chopped cabbage
  4. 1 bunch coriander leaves
  5. 2 finely chopped onions
  6. 1 finely chopped carrot
  7. 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  8. 1/2 finely chopped capsicum
  9. 1/2 packet boiled Hakka noodles
  10. 2 tbsps corn flour
  11. 1 tbsps soya sauce
  12. 1 tbsps red chilli sauce
  13. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  14. 1/2 tsp salt
  15. 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  16. 1/2 tbsp chopped ginger
  17. 1-2 green chillies
  18. 1 tbsp vinegar
  19. As required Oil

Steps to make to make Manchow soup

  1. Take a bowl transfer roughly chopped vegetables into 4 cups of water and bring one boil on high flame.
  2. Cook it for 15-20 mins on medium to high flame.
  3. Now strain the stock and keep it aside.
  4. Now take a small bowl, add corn flour and 3 tbsp water, mix well and keep aside.
  5. Now heat up a pan with oil and deep fry the boiled noodles till it turns crispy.
  6. Now in a pan heat 2 tbsp oil, add ginger garlic and green chillies and sauté them for few seconds.
  7. Add the chopped vegetables and fry them on high flame.
  8. After frying them for 2-3 minutes add salt and pepper powder, add prepared stock, soya sauce and red chilli sauce.
  9. Bring one boil on high flame. (if the mixture becomes too thick you can add water as required).
  10. Now add 1 tbsp vinegar and add corn flour slurry.
  11. Cook it on high flame till it get thickens.
  12. Now turn off the flame.
  13. Pour it in bowls and put fried noodles on the top and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  14. Now our yummy manchow soup is ready.
