  1. Grind chicken in mixer to mince.
  2. Chop garlic and onion finely.

  5. Heat the oil, keeping the heat high drop the balls, and fry to a golden brown color.

  7. Soak the chicken balls in lukewarm water for a while.

  10. Mix all sauces together and pour in fried onion garlic, simmer till the sauce thickens and becomes translucent.
  11. When sauce thickened add the fried balls, turn around a few times and switch off the heat.
  12. Add chopped celery and serve hot with hakka noodles.
