  3. For frying chicken:
  4. 2-3 tbsp oil

  8. 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
  10. 1/2 tsp garlic powder/ freshly chopped

  12. 1 tbsp corn flour
  13. 1/2 egg
  14. For sauce:
  15. 2 tbsp oil
  16. 1 tbsp freshly chopped ginger
  17. 1/2 tsp thyme
  18. 1/2 tsp mixed Italian herbs
  19. 2 tbsp soy sauce
  20. 1 tbsp vinegar
  21. 2 tsp brown sugar
  22. 1/2 cup Mango Habanero sauce
  23. Vegetables:
  24. 1 medium capsicum (cube cut)
  25. 1 medium onion (cube cut)
  26. 1 handful spring onions

  1. First marinate the chicken with all the ingredients of marination and refrigerate at least half hour or overnight.
  2. In a non-stick wok, add oil and add the marinated chicken one by one. Fry for 2 mins each side and remove in a bowl.
  3. Now in the same wok, add ginger and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Now add the add the capsicum and onion. Then add sauces, sugar and herbs, sauté for a minute. Mix well.
  5. Now add the fried chicken. Mix well and cook on low flame for 5 mins. Garnish with spring onions.
