  7. 4 garlic pods (crushed)
  8. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  9. 1 tbsp red chilli sauce (homemade)
  10. as required Fresh dhania leaves (chopped)
  11. as needed Oil for frying
  12. as per taste Salt
  13. For garnishing
  14. 1 onion (cut into ring size)
  15. 1 lime (cut into 2 pieces)

Instructions to make to make Chicken Manchurian

  1. Wash the chicken well. Marinate the chicken with salt, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, pepper powder and 1 tbsp lime juice.
  2. Cove and keep aside for 1/2 an hrs.
  3. In a bowl add 1 tbsp corn flour, salt, black pepper and add water to make thick batter.
  4. Heat oil in kadai. Dip the marinate chicken in the batter and shallow fry the chicken till it is light brown in colour.
  5. Once it done transfer to a kitchen paper and keep aside. red chilli sauce. Mix........it well............
  6. In the same kadai. Add little oil fry crushed garlic then add chopped onion fry the onion for few minutes. Don't fry too much. Add capsicum. Saute it for few minutes.
  7. Then add red chilli powder, haldi powder, green chilli, ginger and garlic paste, roasted jeera powder and salt. Mix..............it well and fry till the raw smell of masala goes off. Add tomato sauce and red chilli sauce. Mix........it well............
  8. Add the chicken pakoda. Mix it properly so that the masala mix with pakoda. In a bowl add corn flour and water. Mix it and pour to the curry. Add water also and salt. Boil it till the gravy is in a thick consistency. Once it is done.
  9. Switch off the induction. Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves...........
  10. Ready to serve....................chicken manchurian with birayani and garlic naan....................
